SVM Mahila Mahavidyalaya has been constantly organizing various programmers (Academic and non-academic) since its inception year, in which Pre-University Examination is not an exception. Pre-University Exams are conducted every year in the month of January in two shifts under the efficient direction of the teachers of our college and results are also distributed to the students just like the university examination. PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) is also conducted at certain times after result declaration in which parents are welcomed to know the academic performance of their offspring’s.
Objectives of Pre-University Examinations-
These Pre-University Exams are small model of main University Exams whose objective is not only to prepare our students for university exams but also-
- To prepare our students for annual university exams.
- To evaluate teachers’ teaching methods and skills.
- To identify educationally weak & problematic students.
- To provide remedial classes and proper guidance & counseling to weak students after result declaration.
Observation of Answer sheets Result Declaration and Distribution of Mark Sheets
Result Declaration, observation of answer sheets and distribution of mark sheets are done on the day of PTM in which students come to know the mistakes they have done in the answer sheets and parents also become aware of the academic performance of their children and discuss it with the concerned subject teacher for further Improvement of the performance.
